Head of Medical Science Liaison Manager Oncology

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Medical Science Liaison Manager (MSLM) team to support the scientific strategy within oncology, specifically focusing on urogenital tumors.
• Oversee the selection, onboarding, training, and continuous upskilling of team members.
• Align MSLM strategy with brand strategy and implement Field Medical Affairs goals within the indication area.
• Consolidate field insights and information to inform broader medical strategies.
• Support the MSLM team in executing regional events and managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Direct the MSLM team in supporting clinical studies and ensuring scientific, balanced responses to medical inquiries.
• Collaborate actively with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Science, Medicine, or Pharmacy.
• High level of medical-scientific competence in the field of Oncology.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and professional networks.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams (cultural, geographical, or functional) to achieve common goals.
• Strong project management skills, including experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident professional presence.
• Fluency in English and a willingness to travel.
