Head of MBA Department

Responsibilities

• Lead the MBA department with a focus on academic excellence, research, and innovation
• Oversee curriculum development ensuring alignment with AICTE, UGC, and industry standards
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty members to ensure teaching excellence
• Strengthen industry partnerships to enhance student internships, placements, and live projects
• Foster a vibrant and inclusive learning environment and oversee student career development
• Promote a research-oriented culture and encourage publications in peer-reviewed journals

Requirements

• MBA degree (Mandatory)
• BBA or BCom degree (Mandatory)
• UGC-NET Qualification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 10 years of academic or industry experience
• At least 3 years of experience in an HOD or administrative position
• Proven track record in academic leadership and faculty management

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Management or Business Administration
• UGC-JRF or SRF Qualification
• UPSC aspirants
