Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Technical Integration/Seller Onboarding Team, defining clear goals, roles, and responsibilities
• Responsible for the strategic development of technical seller onboarding with a focus on scalability, automation, and quality
• Manage performance based on KPIs, reports, and business reviews to drive strategic initiatives
• Oversee the Seller Experience (NPS) during onboarding and prioritize high-impact measures
• Act as a central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success Management
• Make informed prioritization and resource decisions to ensure sustainable daily processes
• Identify structural weaknesses and drive end-to-end optimizations across team boundaries

Requirements

• Completed degree or comparable training in Business, IT, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Several years of experience in a strategic leadership role within E-Commerce, Tech, or Platform environments
• Proven track record of scaling and strategically developing complex processes, teams, or structures
• Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, and data-driven management
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and Tech teams
• Strong skills in structuring complex topics, prioritizing, and decision-making
• Excellent stakeholder and expectation management at the management level
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
