Head of Marketing Technology

Responsibilities

• Architect and own the end-to-end marketing technology stack including tool selection and connectivity
• Write scripts, automations, and API integrations in Python or JavaScript to move data between systems
• Own data schema and governance for customer data across CDP and CRM platforms
• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models across devices and channels
• Set up and embed A/B testing and experimentation frameworks across web and app surfaces
• Own technical SEO and CRO infrastructure, including landing page clusters and conversion instrumentation
• Implement and operate CMS/headless architecture
• Build promotion and voucher management systems
• Deploy AI agents to automate MarTech workflows

Requirements

• 7+ years in MarTech, growth engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripts and API integrations
• Strong SQL skills for direct data querying
• Expert-level experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Iterable, Braze, or SFMC)
• Experience with CDPs like Segment and multi-touch attribution modeling
• Experience owning A/B testing infrastructure end-to-end
• Based in Canada and able to work in-person

• B2C or consumer fintech experience
