Head of Marketing & Strategy, Asia

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall marketing strategy for Asia, ensuring alignment with global vision and regional market dynamics
• Act as a senior strategic partner to regional leadership to shape growth priorities and business planning
• Drive disciplined prioritization of regional marketing projects using a data-driven approach and ROI accountability
• Oversee all sales-related marketing across Asia, including Auctions, Private Sales, and Retail
• Lead impactful regional brand-building programs to elevate cultural authority and brand equity
• Manage regional marketing budgets with strategic allocation and financial discipline
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional Asia marketing team

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic marketing leadership roles
• Experience in luxury, art, culture, or adjacent industries preferred
• Proven track record of leading large, cross-functional teams in complex organizations
• Demonstrated experience in executing high-impact, integrated marketing strategies
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven mindset
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior executives
• Fluent in English and Chinese
