About the role
About the Company
Stand is building a new class of global property protection using advanced physics and AI to model catastrophic risk at the asset level. Our leadership team includes former successful founders and CEOs from Metromile, PolicyGenius, WePay, and HotelTonight.
Responsibilities
- Define audience segmentation and analytics to sharpen ICP and messaging frameworks
- Drive broker engagement through segmented campaigns, nurture flows, and product notifications
- Build broker enablement marketing to drive acquisition through partners
- Lead storytelling and differentiation to communicate the value of the Stand World Model
- Develop an agentic operating model using AI and automation to maintain a lean, high-output function
Requirements
- 7-10 years of marketing experience, ideally as a first or only marketer at an early-stage company
- Proven experience in B2B2C marketing through partners or channels
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on audience segmentation and ICP
- Ability to translate complex technical stories into compelling brand narratives
- Agentic-native temperament with excitement for using AI and automation
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (TN, O-1A, or H-1B transfers with 3+ years remaining considered)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in insurance or other highly regulated industries
- Experience managing external partners for PR, events, or demand generation
- Experience with performance marketing and paid channels
