About the Company

Qdrant is an open-source vector search engine powering the next generation of AI applications, from semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to AI agents and real-time recommendations. Recently raising $50M in Series B funding, we are building the retrieval infrastructure layer for modern AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the marketing org across demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, growth, and design
• Own the pipeline number jointly with Sales and stand up a demand generation engine
• Drive product-led growth (PLG) acquisition and conversion
• Lead go-to-market for major product launches including positioning, packaging, and pricing narrative
• Build ABM programs targeting enterprise verticals and competitive migration campaigns
• Own content strategy, SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and technical product marketing

Requirements

• 10+ years in B2B marketing
• 3+ years leading a marketing team at a developer tools company through hyper-growth
• Deep familiarity with vector search, retrieval, or broader AI infrastructure space
• Proven track record building both enterprise/ABM demand gen and PLG growth motions
• Strong background in technical product marketing
• Hands-on operator capable of writing copy and building campaigns
• Experience leveraging AI-driven marketing workflows and automation tools
• Ability to operate in a remote and async organization
