About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and enforce the marketing operating system
- Standardize workflow, documentation, and accountability
- Install performance scorecards across roles
- Align campaign execution with pipeline and signed-case growth
- Own and optimize the marketing workflow platform (ClickUp or equivalent)
- Define role-level KPIs across Creative, Performance, Social, and Traditional
- Install dashboard reporting tied to revenue and pipeline impact
- Drive 95%+ on-time campaign launches
- Directly oversee channel leads and evaluate capability gaps
- Recruit and upgrade talent where needed
Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing operations or integrated marketing leadership
- Experience in high-growth environments ($50M+ revenue preferred)
- Experience managing multi-channel teams of 8+ contributors
- Proven track record of building and enforcing operational systems at scale
- Deep fluency in marketing KPIs across digital and traditional media
- Financial literacy regarding pipeline, conversion rates, CAC, and revenue impact
