Responsibilities

• Own Moonshot's marketing strategy end-to-end, including positioning, messaging, brand, demand, and growth
• Shape and evolve the brand voice within the AI and eCommerce landscape
• Build and own a proactive GTM calendar and narrative
• Manage and mentor a Marketing Manager, setting clear goals and priorities
• Build and run a content engine to drive momentum
• Own demand generation across paid ads, performance marketing, funnels, and experimentation
• Decide on conference and industry event presence to drive pipeline

Requirements

• 7+ years of marketing experience
• Leadership experience in a high-growth startup (SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce tools preferred)
• Proven ability to manage and develop individual contributors
• Deep understanding of content, branding, performance marketing, and demand generation
• Hands-on experience with paid channels such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Strong intuition for positioning and messaging complex products
• Ability to own and optimize metrics like pipeline, CAC, and conversion rates
• Builder mindset with a balance of strategic and scrappy execution
