Head of Marketing, LATAM

Responsibilities

• Build and adapt regional demand generation strategies to drive impactful results across the LATAM funnel in Portuguese and Spanish
• Create a localized field marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and generate pipeline (SAO + PG)
• Drive the digital and content marketing strategy by regionalizing global programs to resonate with local audiences
• Partner closely with regional Sales leadership and enablement teams to deliver a sales-led marketing strategy
• Manage regional marketing budgets and implement frameworks to track and measure program success
• Lead and hire a full-time marketing contractor and manage external agency support for PR and events

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2B Marketing leadership experience across multiple Latin American countries, specifically Brazil and Mexico
• Proven experience building and driving full-funnel Demand Gen strategies for SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments
• Deep understanding of the digital marketing mix and how to optimize programmatic campaigns at scale
• Experience in vendor or contractor management
• Fluency in both Portuguese and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Product-Led Growth (PLG) or SaaS environments
• Hands-on experience using Figma
• Experience building B2B marketing presence in Argentina, Chile, or Colombia
