Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team
• Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, content, email, events, and social media
• Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms
• Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness
• Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility
• Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing roles
• 3–5 years of experience in a leadership position
• Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
