Head of Marketing

Responsibilities

• Define and execute integrated marketing strategies for the EFT & Bakery Business Units to drive profitable growth.
• Translate market and customer insights into compelling value propositions and go-to-market approaches.
• Drive demand generation and targeted marketing campaigns to support pipeline development and commercial performance.
• Strengthen GEA’s positioning as a technology and solution partner through consistent messaging across all channels.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, and regional organizations to ensure strategic alignment.
• Leverage data and market trends to guide decision-making and monitor the competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant senior B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally within an international industrial environment.
• Proven track record in demand generation, pipeline development, and delivering measurable marketing impact.
• Experience leading teams and navigating complex matrix organizations.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in KPI and ROI tracking.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into customer-centric value propositions.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM and modern marketing technologies.
• Strong understanding of digital and integrated B2B marketing campaigns.
