About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and own Snowflake’s India GCC marketing strategy aligned to sales, alliances, enterprise accounts, and global partner priorities
- Define Snowflake’s engagement model for India’s GCC ecosystem, including digital hubs and innovation centers
- Lead a team of Enterprise Marketing Managers to drive strategic GTM leadership
- Develop integrated marketing plans for priority GCCs, strategic enterprise accounts, and partner-led opportunities
- Create differentiated narratives connecting Snowflake to data modernization, AI adoption, and analytics transformation
- Build GCC-focused thought leadership programs, executive forums, and customer councils
- Partner with sales leadership to drive account engagement, pipeline creation, and customer expansion
- Design account-based marketing (ABM) programs for high-priority accounts
- Build co-marketing programs with GSIs, consulting firms, and cloud partners
- Manage marketing plans, budgets, agencies, and campaign execution with strong operational discipline
- Establish clear reporting across campaign ROI, account engagement, and revenue impact
Requirements
- 15+ years of B2B technology marketing experience in cloud, SaaS, data, AI, or enterprise software
- Strong experience in GCC marketing, enterprise marketing, field marketing, or ABM
- Deep understanding of India’s GCC landscape and enterprise technology buying centers
- Proven success building marketing programs for large enterprise accounts and complex B2B sales cycles
- Experience developing CXO engagement programs and executive roundtables
- Experience working with GSIs, consulting partners, or cloud providers
- Experience leading and developing enterprise and field marketing teams
- Demonstrated ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, high-growth environment
