About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute local store-level marketing to drive footfall and sampling
  • Lead BTL initiatives including food festivals, kiosks, tasting programmes, and mall activations
  • Manage ATL campaigns across print, radio, outdoor, and retail branding
  • Build and execute new store launch plans and expansion marketing playbooks
  • Oversee organic content, storytelling, and influencer partnerships on digital platforms
  • Manage marketing budgets, measure ROI, and optimize spends
  • Lead external creative, activation, and digital agencies
  • Build and mentor a small marketing team as the brand scales

Requirements

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in F&B, QSR, ice-cream, café chains, or consumer experience-driven brands
  • Strong background in offline activation and ground-level marketing
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including organic, social, and influencers
  • Data-driven, execution-focused, and creative problem-solver
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
