About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute local store-level marketing to drive footfall and sampling
- Lead BTL initiatives including food festivals, kiosks, tasting programmes, and mall activations
- Manage ATL campaigns across print, radio, outdoor, and retail branding
- Build and execute new store launch plans and expansion marketing playbooks
- Oversee organic content, storytelling, and influencer partnerships on digital platforms
- Manage marketing budgets, measure ROI, and optimize spends
- Lead external creative, activation, and digital agencies
- Build and mentor a small marketing team as the brand scales
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in F&B, QSR, ice-cream, café chains, or consumer experience-driven brands
- Strong background in offline activation and ground-level marketing
- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including organic, social, and influencers
- Data-driven, execution-focused, and creative problem-solver
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
