Responsibilities
- Shape and lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue for The Diary of a CEO.
- Own campaign strategy, audience expansion, and go-to-market execution.
- Maximize distribution across as many screens and platforms as possible.
- Establish a data-driven marketing approach through continuous testing and optimization.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of marketing professionals.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, content, social, and paid media teams to align efforts and remove blockers.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive audience growth and revenue.
- Strong strategic execution skills with the ability to translate objectives into high-impact campaigns.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in performance optimization and real-time adjustments.
- Exceptional commercial acumen to align marketing with business goals.
- Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment and solve complex problems.
