About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design and own the end-to-end marketing measurement framework, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing.
  • Build and maintain a unified marketing performance dashboard to provide leadership with real-time visibility into spend efficiency and full-funnel conversion.
  • Own the marketing data stack, ensuring clean data flows across tools like Braze, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and cloud data warehouses.
  • Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to unify user profiles across marketing, product, and sales.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and RevOps to build reliable marketing data pipelines and establish clean data hygiene and taxonomy.
  • Develop audience segmentation models and the data foundation for identity-driven personalization.
  • Quantify the revenue impact of marketing activities by building contribution models that connect channel metrics to pipeline and revenue.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing data engineering, or a closely related field.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in marketing attribution, including building multi-touch or media mix models.
  • Proficiency in SQL; working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and modeling is strongly preferred.
  • Strong command of the modern marketing data stack (Salesforce, Braze, etc.) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
  • Hands-on experience with BI and dashboard tooling such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Experience owning or heavily influencing a CDP implementation or marketing data unification project.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data findings into clear executive narratives and actionable recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a company with both high-volume B2C and B2B/enterprise GTM motions.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) data infrastructure and intent data tools.
  • Prior experience rebuilding an immature marketing data function at a high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with identity resolution or trust-sensitive data environments.
