Head of Marketing & Communications

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the LATAM marketing strategy with a digital-first approach, focusing on Mexico as a strategic growth market.
• Lead regional communications and PR strategy, managing media relations, corporate messaging, and reputation management.
• Develop content and community strategies to drive fan engagement and audience growth.
• Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and digital partners.
• Drive commercial growth through ticketing demand, merchandising, and e-commerce strategies.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team while managing budgets and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand, or audience growth leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and community building at scale.
• Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or digital platforms.
• Expertise in digital marketing, content ecosystems, and creator/influencer strategies.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
