About the Company

Cashalo is a leading fintech in the Philippines, offering credit and financial services to underserved customers. As part of the Tilt group, we use mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models to create a new credit system for the working population.

Responsibilities

• Own the full marketing function including brand, performance, and lifecycle strategy
• Drive performance marketing sophistication through rigorous budget allocation, attribution, and ROAS discipline
• Build the brand from the ground up, defining voice, visual identity, and measurement infrastructure
• Stand up lifecycle marketing capabilities, partnering with engineering to implement triggered campaigns across email, SMS, Viber, and push
• Lead a high-output, AI-native team focused on leveraging technology for creative production and analytics

Requirements

• 8+ years of marketing experience with hands-on performance marketing background
• Proven budget accountability and experience making significant spend decisions
• Strong quantitative fluency in ROAS, CAC, LTV, attribution models, and A/B test design
• Background in consumer-facing marketing (B2C)
• Familiarity with CRM and lifecycle tooling such as Iterable
• Analytical rigor combined with creative judgment
• AI-native mindset to leverage technology as a force multiplier
