Responsibilities

• Establish the company as a trusted healthcare leader by translating market insights and product strengths into a clear growth narrative
• Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate measurable revenue impact
• Create high-quality, targeted content to educate stakeholders and establish thought leadership
• Develop and lead a lean, high-impact team while managing agencies and partners

Requirements

• Completed degree from a top-ranked business school (marketing focus) or a journalistic education
• Proven experience in a similar marketing role within a top-tier agency, scale-up, or SaaS environment
• Excellent leadership skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Keen interest in healthcare technology
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
