Head of Manager Selection Analytics

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner for Investment and Risk teams regarding portfolio construction and manager selection
• Lead the development and evolution of the manager selection analytics ecosystem
• Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of investment analytics, models, and systems
• Manage and lead a team of 2-5 people responsible for investment and manager selection analytics
• Deliver high-quality, timely bespoke investment analyses to support senior management decision-making
• Translate business needs into scalable analytical and system solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer science, business, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in an investment role
• Deep expertise in alpha generation and/or manager selection
• Experience at a top-tier asset management firm
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills applied to investment and economic analysis
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex insights to senior stakeholders
• Proven success leading projects and operating in team-based environments
