Head of Maintenance, Reliability Engineering & MRO

Responsibilities

• Lead site maintenance for Performance Materials, Specialty Materials, and Intermediates business lines
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately 45 employees, including engineers, technicians, and contractors
• Own and control an eight-figure maintenance budget
• Act as process owner for Manufacturing Excellence processes including MRO and equipment reliability
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and norms such as IATF 16949, DIN 31051, and ISO 55000
• Drive continuous improvement and explore new digital maintenance solutions

Requirements

• Strong expertise in industrial maintenance, asset management, and reliability engineering
• More than 5 years of professional experience in a leading maintenance function
• Master’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering
• Fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
