Responsibilities

• Responsibility for controlling logistical processes including procurement, warehouse, production, transport, spare parts, and distribution logistics
• Leadership and further development of the logistics team
• Regular coordination with interfaces to balance delivery reliability, productivity, and inventory optimization
• Ensuring master data and order data quality in SAP
• Collection, analysis, and monitoring of relevant production and logistics KPIs
• Analysis and optimization of goods and information flows along internal and external supply chain processes
• Conducting short- and medium-term capacity analyses in coordination with production
• Management and development of external logistics service providers
• Development of KPI-based supply chain controlling

Requirements

• Completed degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with a focus on logistics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in controlling logistical processes
• Proficient use of ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Sound knowledge of process optimization, KPI control, and supply chain controlling
• Leadership competence and experience, including change management skills
• Strong analytical, solution-oriented, and structured way of working
• High communication skills and assertiveness
