Head of Logistics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s logistics strategy to support project timelines, cost targets, and quality standards
• Lead logistics planning for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient material flow from procurement to site delivery
• Establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor logistics efficiency, cost control, and supplier performance
• Oversee end-to-end material management including forecasting, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution
• Optimize storage solutions, site logistics layouts, and material handling processes
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and logistics service providers
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, project management, and site teams
• Negotiate logistics contracts and service agreements
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, HSE standards, and company policies
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team across multiple project sites

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management within the construction or real estate contracting industry
• Proven experience supporting elite villa projects, high-rise buildings, and premium residential developments
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, site logistics, and supply chain best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-site logistics operations
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CSCP, CIPS)
• Experience with ERP systems and digital logistics tools
• Background working with top-tier contracting companies in the GCC
