Head of Logistics

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s logistics strategy to support project timelines, cost targets, and quality standards.
• Lead logistics planning for multiple concurrent projects, ensuring efficient material flow from procurement to site delivery.
• Oversee end-to-end material management including forecasting, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials for elite villas, high-rise structures, and signature apartment projects.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, transport companies, and logistics service providers to ensure reliability and compliance.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and project management teams to align logistics with project schedules.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to transportation, storage, and material availability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team across multiple project sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics management within the construction or real estate contracting industry.
• Proven experience supporting elite villa projects, high-rise buildings, and premium residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, site logistics, and supply chain best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, multi-site logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CSCP or CIPS.
• Experience with ERP systems and digital logistics tools.
• Background working with top-tier contracting companies in the GCC.
