Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the tenancy onboarding team and move management team for the South division
• Serve as the final escalation point and auditor for compliance audits
• Drive data accuracy and fee reconciliation to ensure monthly move-in deadlines are met
• Authorise complex Terms of Business and Letting Agreements to prevent risk
• Oversee operations and implement processes to ensure statutory compliance and licensing requirements are met
• Deliver regular operational KPIs to operations directors regarding compliance turnaround times and pipeline bottlenecks
• Motivate and push the team to achieve targets and exceed expectations

Requirements

• Significant experience managing administrative, lettings, or operational teams within the property sector
• Advanced knowledge of UK lettings legislation and AML regulations
• Expertise in safety document compliance
• Super-user capabilities in property software and third-party applications
• Strong attention to detail and process optimization skills
