Head of Lending

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lending Business Unit, holding end-to-end accountability for growing the vertical
• Drive new logo acquisition and expansion with large banks and innovative consumer lenders
• Manage two teams responsible for Financial Services and Consumer Lending segments
• Define and align unified Lending segment strategy, including ICP prioritization and coverage models
• Establish forecasting cadences, pipeline accountability, and success metrics
• Serve as the senior voice of the lending customer to advocate for product investments
• Build and retain world-class talent through recruiting and individual development plans

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise financial services
• Proven record of owning revenue targets and leading high-performing sales and post-sales teams
• Deep expertise selling into Top 20 banks, large financial institutions, or fintechs
• Fluency in credit risk, lending operations, and regulatory considerations
• Proven functional leadership at the VP level or above, managing managers
• Exceptional executive presence and ability to engage at the C-suite level
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven judgment for forecasting and performance management
• High ownership mentality with a bias for action in fast-paced environments
