Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of microfinance lending operations into a digital model, focusing on strategy and execution
• Manage business acquisition efforts and create strategic plans to grow and scale digital lending services
• Bridge field operations and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools with on-ground initiatives
• Provide strong leadership and direction to large teams
• Collaborate closely with the SVP of Lending to align lending and collections strategy with overall business goals
• Drive end-to-end project management for digital transformation initiatives
• Monitor and analyze industry trends in digital banking and microfinance to maintain a competitive edge
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and results within the lending team

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience in digital banking, microfinance, or consulting
• Focus on business acquisition, strategy, digital transformation, and operational execution
• Strong background in project management and leading complex transformation projects
• Experience managing large teams and driving organizational change
• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and proactive execution skills
• Previous experience as a consultant transitioning to an in-house role in digital banking or microfinance
• Solid understanding of the microfinance and digital lending landscape
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
