Responsibilities

• Coordinate the obtaining and renewal of operating permits for all active and opening locations (AF, DSP, DSV, ISU, construction permits, cadastral registrations)
• Act as the primary interface for external controls (ANPC, ITM, ISU, DSP)
• Review and approve lease agreements for new locations, identifying non-standard clauses and negotiating directly with landlords
• Coordinate corporate documentation at ONRC (articles of incorporation, shareholder decisions, statutory changes)
• Lead the legal-administrative component of due diligence and M&A processes
• Manage the company's insurance portfolio and operational relationships with partner banks
• Coordinate litigation and appeals in collaboration with external counsel
• Lead the internal team with clear directives, deadlines, and quality criteria

Requirements

• Definitive lawyer or in-house counsel with 5-10 years of experience in applied commercial law
• Background in companies with large networks of owned locations (retail, food service, hospitality, or multi-site services)
• Direct experience managing operating permits and relationships with local authorities
• Experience negotiating commercial lease agreements from the tenant's perspective
• Experience in due diligence or M&A is an advantage
• Independent, practical, and comfortable with operational ambiguity
• Executive communication skills with the ability to simplify legal risk for non-legal management
