Responsibilities

• Build progressive learning and development opportunities for team members across all experience levels
• Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs
• Create development programs that empower the team to deliver high-quality experiences across business areas
• Identify and drive synergies across business functions
• Equip employees with the right tools to achieve ambitious company goals

Requirements

• Experience as a business manager
• Valid UK work permit
• Relentless drive and desire to excel
