Head of Landscape Unit

Responsibilities

• Define and implement departmental strategy aligned with company objectives
• Ensure timely delivery of all landscape design packages and monitor progress
• Act as technical authority for all landscape design outputs, including concepts, drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently to maintain optimal utilization rates
• Lead recruitment, performance management, and staff development through coaching
• Contribute to project pricing, cost estimation, and profitability targets
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and interface with clients and authorities
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and implement design review processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 15–20+ years of experience in landscape design within A&E consultancy
• Proven experience with large-scale projects
• Technical expertise in landscape design
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• GCC experience is preferred
