Head of Kindergarten

Responsibilities

• Lead the Kindergarten section in alignment with the school's vision and strategic goals
• Promote high-quality teaching and learning practices within a child-centered environment
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure a safe, nurturing, and inclusive setting
• Champion student wellbeing, positive behavior, and social-emotional development
• Ensure safeguarding and child protection policies are consistently implemented
• Provide guidance and support to teachers regarding student behavior and diverse learning needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
• Valid teaching qualification or license
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience
• Proven leadership experience in an Early Years or Kindergarten setting
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills
• Commitment to student-centered learning and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Experience working with international curricula
