Responsibilities

• Manage the Key Account Manager team and develop their competencies
• Create and implement sales strategies for key national clients
• Take responsibility for sales results and margin target achievement
• Develop cooperation with the most important business partners in the HoReCa sector
• Lead strategic commercial negotiations
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the key client portfolio
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities
• Collaborate closely with internal departments including sales, purchasing, logistics, and controlling

Requirements

• Higher education degree
• Several years of management experience in B2B sales within FMCG or HoReCa
• Strong knowledge of the gastronomy market and its key players
• Proven experience in managing a sales team
• Documented success in sales development and commercial negotiations
• Strong strategic and analytical competencies
• High communication and negotiation skills
• Very good command of the English language
• Category B driver's license
