Responsibilities

• Lead global IT infrastructure operations and project management functions
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and fit for purpose
• Translate business priorities into clear plans and deliverables
• Manage governance, risk, and security, including cyber risk and compliance
• Lead a team of 16 with 3 direct management level reports
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery when required

Requirements

• Proven experience leading IT operations and infrastructure in a complex or growing organisation
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Strong understanding of IT governance, risk, information and cyber security
• Experience establishing or improving project delivery frameworks (PMO)
• Track record of delivering projects on time with clear business impact
• Confident stakeholder management and influence at leadership level
• Strong people leadership and capability building skills
• Commercial acumen and sound judgement regarding cost and risk
