Head of IT Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Define the IT roadmap for office infrastructure, endpoints, and SaaS stacks across all entities
• Architect scalable systems and a Zero Trust identity-first security environment
• Ensure compliance with RBI, ISO 27001:2022, and ITIL standards through automated controls
• Drive automation via self-service portals, chatbots, and automated workflows
• Manage a heterogeneous fleet of Windows, Mac, and Mobile devices using MDM solutions
• Oversee strategic vendor relationships and negotiate group-level contracts
• Design smart, hybrid-ready offices with high network uptime (SD-WAN, Wi-Fi 6)
• Monitor key metrics including time to resolution, onboarding velocity, and user sentiment

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT
• 3+ years leading IT for a high-growth tech company or large financial institution
• Proven experience in Capital Markets, Stock Broking, or Trading environments
• Deep expertise in Identity management (Keycloak, Azure AD/Entra ID, SailPoint)
• Strong grasp of SaaS Operations (Google Workspace, O365, Slack, Jira)
• Familiarity with Cloud Networking and Security (Netskope, ZScaler)
• Proven track record managing IT audits (ISO, SOC2, RBI, SEBI)
• Experience in both structured banking and fast-paced startup environments
