Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the fundraise tracker across all active investor conversations
• Build and refine pitch decks for fundraising rounds and LP meetings
• Draft and send quarterly investor updates using a standardized template
• Coordinate with the data team to fulfill incoming investor data requests
• Manage the filings calendar and ensure all regulatory submissions are completed on time
• Map and maintain a structured CRM of LP and VC relationships
• Prepare the CEO for investor meetings by pulling together relevant context and data

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct experience in investor relations, fundraising operations, or capital markets
• Hands-on experience managing fundraise trackers, pitch decks, and diligence materials
• Strong written communication skills for investor updates
• Working knowledge of regulatory filings in the context of private fundraising
• Ability to pull, interpret, and package financial and operational data
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience at a high-growth startup or fintech
• Existing relationships with VCs or LPs in the crypto or consumer fintech space
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Affinity
