LINE MAN Wongnai is Thailand’s Leading On-Demand Delivery and Lifestyle e-Commerce platform services. We build technology to help Thai people live better, to empower all local businesses by creating an end-to-end food ecosystem through our channel LINE MAN and Wongnai.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's investor relations program and develop communication strategies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors
• Communicate regularly with analysts, shareholders, and other stakeholders regarding company performance
• Prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and materials for investor meetings
• Ensure accuracy and transparency in financial disclosures to comply with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute investor communication strategies
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Provide insights and analysis to leadership on market perceptions of the company
• Organize and coordinate investor events, such as earnings calls, roadshows, and conferences
• Plan and execute annual shareholder meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in investor relations in a public company or as a sell-side analyst of listed shares
• In-depth understanding of financial and investment markets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with investors and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Proficiency in both English and Thai
