Head of Investor Relations

Responsibilities

• Build and run a high-performing IR operating cadence, including quarterly calendars and earnings releases
• Drive materials discipline and version control across all investor-facing content
• Draft and maintain key corporate materials, including overview decks and conference presentations
• Translate complex experimental results and technical platform capabilities into clear investor language
• Serve as a key point person for inbound investor and analyst questions
• Prepare executives for investor engagements through pre-briefs and talking points
• Plan and execute conference preparation, including logistics and rehearsal
• Develop a deep understanding of the company's pipeline, wet lab capabilities, and machine learning platform
• Support issues management and rapid-response materials for market-moving moments

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in investor relations, healthcare equity research, or corporate communications
• Mandatory biotech industry experience
• Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing investor materials and public-company communications
• Ability to learn complex science and technology quickly
• Experience supporting public-company cadence (earnings, conferences, etc.)
• Strong cross-functional execution and stakeholder management skills
• High judgment and attention to detail regarding disclosure sensitivity

Preferred Qualifications

• Scientific training (degree in biology, chemistry, bioengineering, or related discipline)
• Experience with technology-enabled biotech narratives or machine learning-driven discovery
• Prior experience working closely with CEO/CFO leadership in high-stakes settings
