Head of Investment

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update the company's investment strategy aligned with long-term business goals
• Create and systematize internal standards, procedures, and regulations for investment activities from scratch
• Perform deep investment project analysis, including financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Manage the investment budget for the group of companies and prioritize projects within the portfolio
• Conduct post-investment audits to evaluate project effectiveness and KPI achievement
• Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks related to investment initiatives
• Oversee the automation of the investment cycle within the ERP system and develop reporting dashboards

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting (Big4 / Tier 2), corporate finance, or leadership roles in investment departments
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience developing and implementing internal policies and automating financial processes using ERP systems
• Strong presentation, persuasion, and strategic thinking skills
• Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
