Head of International Market Business Development

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis on target customers and potential projects
• Develop market development plans and objectives to increase product visibility
• Execute market development activities including promotions, events, and exhibitions
• Identify and exploit new sources of goods and introduce company products to customers
• Manage sales, market development, and export products in international markets
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and business partners
• Advise leadership on market conditions and establish annual business development plans
• Coordinate with functional departments to complete sales orders and achieve targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in international business
• Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel internationally frequently
