Head of International Accounting

Responsibilities

• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of international controllers
• Supervise monthly and annual closing processes for international subsidiaries
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and compliance with group and local standards
• Monitor intercompany balances and conduct accounts reviews
• Support the deployment of Group accounting policies, tools, and processes
• Assist local teams with accounting-related questions and audits
• Support accounting activities for M&A projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• Minimum 10 years of experience in audit/accounting or a large international commercial group
• Proven experience working within an international organization on a multi-country scope
• Proficiency in ERP systems and business information systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations
• Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus
