Head of Integrated Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and implementation of Corning’s global Integrated Planning standards and work processes.
• Partner with various business units to drive the adoption of best-in-class planning practices for raw materials, production, and distribution.
• Support global SIOP process implementation to translate strategic agreements into actionable material and production plans.
• Define and manage standard work processes for effective inventory planning, including safety stock levels and SLOB management.
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to optimize service levels, reduce costs, and improve working capital.
• Attract, develop, and retain top supply planning talent while building organizational capability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning, logistics, inventory management, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Deep experience with SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes.
• Proficiency in advanced ERP environments, with SAP experience preferred.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, execution, and leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to drive change management and foster a culture of operational discipline.
