About the Company

Morpho is a leading Decentralized Finance (DeFi) lending protocol that raised millions from a16z, Paradigm, Ribbit, Apollo, Coinbase and 50 others to build an open credit network giving anyone, anywhere, access to the best borrowing and lending terms on-chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Morpho's institutional growth strategy to accelerate adoption and trust on the network
• Build and own a pipeline of prospective institutional partners and customers, driving complex commercial discussions
• Act as a trusted advisor to institutional executives, investment teams, and product leaders regarding DeFi and on-chain lending
• Personally sign and grow Morpho's largest and most strategic institutional relationships
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap based on institutional market intelligence
• Represent Morpho at industry events and develop strategic partnerships across the digital-asset ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years in business development with a track record of closing high-value commercial relationships
• At least 2 years of experience within a large traditional financial institution (capital markets, asset management, or banking)
• Crypto native with hands-on experience using on-chain protocols
• Deep knowledge of financial markets, regulatory landscapes, and institutional infrastructure evaluation
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for multi-stakeholder deals
• Technical and product-minded approach to business development
