Head of Institutional Non-Borrowing

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow institutional and corporate non-borrowing deposits across Saudi Arabia
• Lead and supervise unit operations, employee performance, and workflow efficiency
• Enhance institutional banking products including deposits, cash management, and digital services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector entities, major corporations, and embassies
• Drive business development, client acquisition, and achievement of deposit growth targets
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and interest rates to maintain competitive pricing
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi Central Bank regulations, AML/CFT requirements, and internal governance
• Coordinate with internal departments and Head Office to deliver integrated banking solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Sciences, Banking, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking or financial services
• 3–5 years of experience in non-borrowing account management, institutional business development, or corporate banking
• Proven experience growing client portfolios in both public and private sectors
• Full proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Central Bank regulations, Companies Law, and Banking Law
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and cross-selling abilities
