Head of Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery from planning to operation with a focus on quality and timely delivery
• Ensure stable operation and high uptime for critical infrastructure services via SLA and KPI management
• Lead the team and develop performance and delivery culture
• Drive vendor management, contracts, and performance in strategic partnerships
• Ensure transparency, prioritization, and risk management across stakeholders

Requirements

• Solid experience with end-to-end delivery and management via KPIs and SLAs
• Leadership experience with the ability to create direction, motivation, and performance in teams
• Knowledge of the infrastructure domain and ability to navigate technical complexity
• Proficiency in stakeholder and vendor management across organizations
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
