Head of Influencer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the global influencer marketing strategy across all brands and markets
• Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar annual budget with a focus on ROI and scalability
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing global influencer marketing team
• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals with influencers, agencies, and strategic partners
• Drive performance-based influencer campaigns and analyze data to optimize for growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, legal, and finance
• Identify new growth opportunities, platforms, and emerging trends within the influencer ecosystem

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer, partnerships, or performance marketing
• Proven managerial experience, including team leadership, hiring, and development
• Hands-on experience managing multi-million dollar budgets
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals
• Deep understanding of performance marketing, attribution, and ROI-driven campaigns
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within SaaS companies
• Background in global marketing and multi-market execution
• Familiarity with affiliate or performance partnership ecosystems
• Proven ability to scale influencer programs into a primary growth channel
