Head of Industrial Participation

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Participation department and coordinate all offset-related topics worldwide.
• Ensure the timely fulfillment of Diehl Defence obligations while adhering to assigned budgets.
• Represent the department at industry associations and professional events.
• Establish and maintain relationships with national and international industrial partners.
• Coordinate offset fulfillment initiatives and projects in close collaboration with Product Management, Business Development, R&D, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
• Implement strategic planning and support acquisitions and sales campaigns.
• Drive the strategic development and expansion of this business unit.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a related field with additional business administration qualifications.
• Proven professional experience in Industrial Participation and Offset.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams.
• An established network within industry, research, agencies, and public authorities.
• Business fluent proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• High level of initiative, motivation, and a willingness to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
