Campfire is the AI-native ERP for high-growth mid-market companies. We automate the work that slows finance teams down — transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, revenue recognition, and reporting — so they can stop building spreadsheets and start driving the business.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and retain a team of Implementation Managers
• Set performance standards and create clear career paths within the implementation function
• Own the end-to-end implementation methodology including kickoff, configuration, data migration, and go-live
• Develop and maintain implementation playbooks, templates, and documentation
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales scoping and project estimates
• Create feedback loops with Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap
• Own implementation KPIs such as time-to-live, implementation CSAT, and team utilization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation
• Meaningful experience in a client-facing or professional services role
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing implementation or solutions teams
• Hands-on experience implementing accounting or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, QuickBooks, or SAP)
• Deep accounting fluency regarding chart of accounts, close processes, and revenue recognition
• Strong project management instincts and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA or equivalent accounting credential
• Background in Big 4, national accounting, or management consulting combined with SaaS/fintech experience
• Experience scaling an implementation function in a high-growth startup
• Familiarity with multi-entity consolidation and ASC 606
