About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and strategy for implementation engineering, including enterprise integrations (SAP, APIs, middleware)
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers working on complex enterprise projects
- Ensure end-to-end delivery of scalable, reliable implementations for DAX, Fortune 500, and global customers
- Build standardized frameworks, best practices, and tooling to increase efficiency and consistency
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to capture feedback and shape the product roadmap
- Drive technical excellence, troubleshooting, and escalation management for critical customer deployments
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams in complex, high-stakes environments
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, system landscapes, and scalable integration design
- Experience working in VC-backed startups
- Strong revenue and growth mindset
- Ability to thrive at the intersection of technical execution, team management, and customer impact
