Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full HR function across multiple operational sites
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and operational processes
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and visa processing
• Manage payroll coordination and HR operational administration
• Supervise and mentor HR team members across various business units
• Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and organizational development programs

Requirements

• 10–15 years of HR leadership experience
• Proven experience in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or Construction industries
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations
• Experience managing large-scale workforce operations and multi-site environments
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or professional HR certification
• Experience handling labour accommodation operations and compliance
• Ability to manage high-volume HR functions in fast-paced operational businesses

Benefits

• Monthly salary of AED 20,000 – AED 25,000
