Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the Group HR strategy in alignment with the company’s vision and growth objectives
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership on all people matters
• Lead strategic workforce planning initiatives across production, retail, and corporate functions
• Oversee performance management systems, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning
• Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures aligned with market practices
• Design and lead employee engagement and wellbeing programs to enhance motivation and retention
• Build and implement structured L&D frameworks and succession plans for critical roles
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor law
• Oversee payroll accuracy, HRIS systems, and statutory reporting

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3-5 years in a senior leadership role
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, HR compliance, and policy governance
• Proven experience in HR strategy, organizational development, and workforce planning
• Experience working with HRIS platforms such as Odoo, SAP SuccessFactors, or Workday
• Demonstrated success in talent acquisition and retention strategies
• High emotional intelligence and ability to manage sensitive matters with professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or SPHR
• Background in manufacturing, retail, or multi-entity group structures
